Join us as David Mellor, award winning blogger at Potty Adventures and Ordnance Survey Get Outside Champion, discusses family adventures, motivation and building resilience!
Parent, teacher and adventurer David will join Youth Adventure Trust’s CEO, Mark Davey, on Wednesday 19 May, 8pm, to share his top tips on getting outside as a family and building resilience through outdoor adventures. Perfect inspiration ahead of the May half term and summer holidays…
Award winning outdoor family blogger David Mellor first joined his mother’s rambling group as a very young child. Now he’s passionate about raising his own outdoor family and uses his blog, Potty Adventures, and the organised events that he regularly hosts to encourage as many people as he can to get outside. David is most often found hiking, scrambling and skiing in the mountains, paddling on lakes, and wild camping with his wife and two young children. He is a huge advocate of doorstop adventures, leave no trace and breaking down barriers to the great outdoors.
