It is essential that you answer all questions as fully as possible, signing and dating the declaration at the end. The information will be kept confidential to event staff and any medical officer(s) attending the event. When answering questions please bear in mind that we are particularly interested in any history of the following conditions: asthma; bronchitis; heart conditions; high blood pressure; kidney or bladder disease; fits; HIV; faints; blackouts; severe headaches migraines; diabetes, joint, back or muscle problems; any allergies including food sensitivities; mental health problems, including phobias; visual or hearing problems; heart related illnesses. If you fail to disclose any relevant information, your safety may be jeopardised. In addition, any insurance you have may be invalid. -

Mountain Awareness Day
Mountain Awareness Day
On Saturday 19th June, we’ll be offering all participants the chance to learn mountain skills or refresh their memories, with the expert guidance of an experienced mountain leader at our Mountain Awareness Day. The day will take place in the Brecon Beacons, giving you the opportunity to experience the terrain that you’ll be hiking through on event day.

Ellis Brigham Navigation Sessions with Glenmore Lodge
Join us our event sponsors, Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports, as they equip you with the skills to get back outdoors with renewed confidence. EB have teamed up with friends at Scotland’s National Outdoor Training centre, Glenmore Lodge, for two free navigation talks designed to arm you with the basics and some tips and tricks to have you navigating like a pro!
